1. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase (Card / Bank / UPI / Wallet).
- Refunds are applicable only if the request complies with our Return & Cancellation Policy.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- A small payment gateway transaction fee may be deducted.
- Any currency conversion charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Cancellation After Dispatch:
If the order has already been shipped:
- Return shipping charges will apply.
- A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:

- Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- UPI Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
4. Out-of-Stock Items
If a product goes out of stock after order placement, Danny X will contact you within 24–48 hours to:
- Confirm if you’d like to wait for restocking, or
- Offer an exchange with another product, or
- Provide an option to cancel the order with a full refund
5. Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return / Exchange Window:
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With tags intact
Danny X reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:
- Used or damaged products (customer-caused)
- Products without original tags
- Clearance / final sale items
- Customized or altered products (if any)
7. Policy Updates
Danny X reserves the right to modify or update this Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
